   The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter “TCU”) is to define the terms and conditions of access and use of the Fondation Secours Humanitaire website (hereinafter “FSH,” “the Foundation,” or “the Site”).    Fondation Secours Humanitaire (Humanitarian Relief Foundation) is a non-profit organization governed by Swiss law.

  The Foundation applies strict management principles, financial transparency, and responsible allocation of funds, in accordance with recognized best practices in Switzerland for public benefit organizations.
  The Foundation reserves the right to refuse or cancel any donation in the event of suspected fraud, money laundering, or non-compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

6. Donor area
   
   The Website provides a personal and secure donor area where donors can access their receipts, donation certificates, invoices, and contribution history.

• Access to the donor area is strictly personal and confidential.
• Users are solely responsible for the storage and confidentiality of their login details.
• Any unauthorized use or suspected compromise must be reported immediately to the
  Foundation.
  
  The Foundation cannot be held responsible for fraudulent access resulting from user negligence.
