Yes, we are always able to send aid. When the crossing points are open, aid is sent by humanitarian convoys via neighboring countries; when they are closed, the funds collected in Switzerland are transferred to our local office, which makes purchases locally, ensuring continuous aid.

Because we are committed to transparency in our donations, we must have complete control. All our projects are carried out by our teams, which guarantees quality control and project efficiency, as well as transparency in the delivery of aid.

For child protection reasons, Swiss regulations and ZEWO label requirements do not allow direct contact between sponsors and orphans. However, the foundation’s secretariat can send you news about your sponsored child based on information provided by our team on the ground, while strictly respecting confidentiality, which is our legal duty to protect the child.

Depending on the amount of your sponsorship, it is used in the form of an allowance that partially covers the orphan’s basic needs.
In addition, the FSH Foundation’s sponsorship fund may also offer orphans:
